  If I could give this a 0 I would. My son was referred to this office after the pediatrician saw a scratch on his cornea. We show up early, like requested and filled out the paperwork. We wait a few minutes, very little, and then were called back by a gentleman. He was extremely nice and took care of all the basics etc. We were then told to wait in the waiting room for the doctor. 40 minutes go by and I go up to ask how long of a wait do we have. The receptionist yells for someone to come help. Another nurse comes, and I ask her. She then tells me he might have had an emergency that he is not here but should be here any minute. I then say thats what I was told 30 min ago. Should I just reschedule (keep in mind my son is at this point trying to hold it together because of the intense pain). I continue to wait, and I hear them call the dr. Hes coming. So we go back to the room. He asks whats going on, I explain what happened, he then proceeds to check out my son. Jerking around his head trying to position him etc because he is in pain and cant open his eye. So he gets the drops. Then tells me after checking him out that he scratched his eye really bad after the numbing drops were put in. Ok so at this point im livid. Not one time did he put on gloves, he did not wash his hands, he jerked my son around, he never looked at the chart or any notes, and is now accusing my son of scratching his eye after numbing drops. So I go off. I tell him that I have been sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes waiting on you to show up watching my son the whole time, he never once touched his eye. I told him to call in the other guy about what he saw etc and then Dr. Keenan starts to say well excuse me for having an emergency and then having to have lunch. and then tells me he is not even on the schedule so i have no room to complain. Beware of this office. Dr. Keenan does not care about his patients enough to show up on time, treat them with respect, or even read the chart before making assumptions and accusing you of doing something to yourself.
