  Dr. Neumann consistently pushed for unnecessary services, which I declined. The one time I accepted his recommendation to replace a fully functional silver cavity filling with composite against my intuition was a huge mistake. The composite filling failed, and Dr. Neumann refused to honor his work. He wanted to charge me to redo the filling; and further recommended a crown, which is a much more costly and invasive procedure for a simple cavity. I was also charged $133 for the 5 minutes office visit, and no service was performed. Do not trust this dentist, and always get another opinion. Would you trust a dentist incapable of performing a simple cavity filling and not honor his works? BTW, one of the 5 stars review here is from Austin Westover who is one of the owners of this practice.

  Another great office visit for my daughter today. She had her six month check up with her favorite hygienist, Sonya. Sonya always goes out of her way to make the visit personal. My daughter looks forward to seeing Sonya and Dr. Neumann every six months. Dr. Neumann is great with all three of my kids. He always goes over their dental needs with me and what to expect in the future. The kids love him! My husband and I have been patients of his for over twenty-five years. He stands behind his work. Dr. Neumann may not be the least expensive dentist in Winchester I agree, but his work is second to none and my kids love going to the dentist!
