- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The information they sent did not have the address for my appointment, rather the incorrect address. I had to call the other office to get directions....I finally got there and The lobby was so full and there were no chairs! People were having to stand outside and wait in their cars in the parking lot. The girls at the desk were completely oblivious and it seemed like they only had about one person working.
